We are presenting to you, the Los Angeles landmark home of recording artist, humanitarian and Hollywood socialite, Norwood Young. Architectural fixtures outside include the antique wrought iron estate fencing consists of 12 panels (one panel has a single gate and another panel is the front door gate and is a double sided gate). Each panel is 8 feet wide and almost 12 feet tall…ornately embellished. There are also three gates. One is 20’ wide w/two side units and a foot on each side for the anchor pedestal for a total of 22’. That gate is up to 9’ tall. The other two gates are one unit each and measure 123” and 129”. The lower fencing in the front consists of 22 sections of 78” to 85 1/2”wide arched wrought iron about 4 ½’ to 5’ tall. This is all for sale.
