When we first looked at this home, we knew it would be a great, and an exciting one to do. This home is a lot like your favorite theme Parks. There are theme rooms and areas to see and buy from all around the property. There are antiques, vintage, and retro possessions around this estate.

1) THE MAIN HOUSE with large amounts of furniture, all draperies, shades and curtains are for sale, decorative accessories, area rugs, costume jewelry, an Hermes Apple Watch, Lalique perfume bottles, trunks & old luggage, studio costumes, some better ladies clothes, Putti cherubs angels , collectibles, original art & prints, statues, pool table, bedding, lamps, faux flower arrangements, Minton porcelain china ‘Bellemeade’ and everyday dishes, smalls, glassware, bric-a-brac, fabrics & quilts, tapestry style weavings, seasonal décor-Easter/Spring, Valentine’s Day, Patriots/4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving/Autumn and a huge Christmas covered patio off the pool table/game room.

2) BACKYARD with 1’ to 7’ statues, huge pots, rustic & other furniture sets & pieces, 2 ‘need TLC’ old wicker rockers & side table, teak love seat & teak hammock, tall iron lantern lights, dining tables & chairs, umbrellas, iron planter rack, fountains, wall décor, and potted plants. There are several hundred artificial flower stems of all types. Is it the world’s largest flower bouquet aside from memorials? 

3) BISTRO STYLE GATHERING PORCH on the right side of the house overlooking the tennis court and loaded with lots of patio tables & chairs sets, patio sofa & chair ensemble sets, coffee tables, potted plants and related pieces. The other areas are 2 detached themed cabins and the Oasis Garden across the driveway from the house.

4) LOWER PLANT GARDEN straight ahead off the Bistro Porch. More miscellaneous potted plants, outdoor fireplace and other garden furniture, a wall fountain and statues.

5) THE CABIN BOUTIQUE is a large 20’ x 20’ room with a wonderful array of women’s and men’s clothes. The clothing is super fun and includes some fabulous vintage and boho items, as well as a designer section. Brands include BCBG, Vakko, Free People, Pucci, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Hale Bob, Trouvé, Cole Haan, Tahari, Louis Vuitton, Burberry and Prada bags, Louboutin shoes, Ferragamo and D&G men’s shoes, Gucci and Prada men’s belts, designer ties and so much more!! Shoes with sizes 6, 7, 8, 9 for women and 11 for men. Tons of outerwear, sweaters, coats and jackets and blue jeans! Maybe 2000-3000 pieces of clothes, accessories, tank tops, blouses, skirts, dresses, scarves, hats, bathing suits, underwear, bras, and handbags.

5) THE BEACH HOUSE is next to the Cabin Boutique with vintage mermaid statues, dishes, furnishings, and smalls with a beach, or lake decorative flair.

6) THE OASIS GARDEN is about 50’ to the right of the Beach House. It has a stone arched gate that opens into another world of plants, statues, decorative items, and yard furniture.
