This lovely 1926 Spanish home is really a touch of the old days and representative of Los Angeles when she was really a dream city. The windows and architecture are reminiscent of another slower paced time. The rose garden planted and designed in the early 50’s by this family is for sale to headline this sale. The garden is 30′ x 18′ with 40 rose bushes and approximately 40 – 12″ x 12″ stepping stones. U-Dig it & pick up the stone borders. I am promising you a rose garden just in time for the Holidays.

The 1950’s draperies are for sale. They are in excellent condition and in beautiful spruce green/turquoise colors. They are ready to put up in your 1920’s – 1960’s home. The windows and Venetian blinds may be for sale as the home will be razed.

The Rose Garden is for sale. 40 – 1950’s aged roses with large trunks. The 18″ x 24″ stones go with it. Reduced to $600 with the stepping stones. Other mature plants are available…Elephant Ears, Azaleas, Gardenias. U Dig Them Plants!
