This is truly one of five of our largest projects. Three months ago, a moving van lines company contacted me asking me if I could help sell a classy 5500 sq. ft. La Jolla home. They felt that the household was so high end that an auction would not realize a tenth of its value. I concurred through seeing pictures on photo bucket.

Kristen & I spent all day Tuesday in San Diego & all day Wednesday unloading in Los Angeles. We have a sale that you will really enjoy. This home is displayed and organized in a tailor-made, 20 room brown w/white trim office building that is on the corner of Riverside Dr. & Laurel Canyon Blvd. with lots of parking in rear. (This is a courtesy of one of our best buyers). The furnishings are gorgeous, high end made in the U.S.A. But again, I am humbled by how well it fits and how scary it looked when we first unloaded.
