Many times, we find out at an interview that the potential clients do not have a house that they can sell out of. It may be too small or that there is just not enough to do a sale. We have acquired permission from clients that do have the house to enhance their home with another estate to make a bigger and better sale. This process actually enhances the prior estate’s site. We conjoin two sales to create a doable sale by SYES for two clients.

When we do this, we tag all the items coming into an alternative and existing site. The existing household or estate items that is used are not tagged.
