These are some of the furnishings and possessions from Mr. & Mrs. Billy Eckstine (1914-1993). He was an “American singer of ballads & bandleader of the swing era. He broke down barriers throughout the 40’s as the first romantic black male in popular music.” He sang with Sarah Vaughn & Dizzy Gillespie. This estate sale will prove to be one to remember, and one of our best! It is a beautiful, architecturally detailed house, in an older, tucked away L.A. neighborhood.
