This lovely 1926 Spanish home is really a touch of the old days and representative of Los Angeles when she was really a dream city. The windows and architecture are reminiscent of another slower paced time. The rose garden planted and designed in the early 50’s by this family is for sale to headline this sale. The garden is 30′ x 18′ with 40 rose bushes and approximately 40 – 12″ x 12″ stepping stones. U-Dig it & pick up the stone borders. I am promising you a rose garden just in time for the Holidays.
